GRANDMOTHER’S CHICKEN
Ingredients:
1 clove of garlic
150gr. Onion
100gr. Carrots
200gr. Red pepper
100gr. Olive oil
300gr. Fried tomato / natural crushed tomato
200gr. Mushroom
A handful of salt
A pinch of pepper
1kg. Chicken

1- Cut the vegetables into pieces.
2- Put the olive oil in a saucepan and fry the vegetables.
3- Add the chicken to the vegetables and a handful of salt and a pinch of pepper.
4- Finally, add the fried tomato and stir.
